You can still benefit from Stretch Therapy even if you are unable to come to our centre.

Our on-line students come from around the world – all the way from Melbourne to Jakarta, Singapore and Hong Kong; and London, New York and San Francisco!

Online Starters’ Workshop

In twelve on-line lessons, you will be taught the key concepts and foundations that make Stretch Therapy so efficient for rehabilitation to relieve body pains and stiffness, to release tensions and improve sports performance.

Course outline
Lesson 1- 4 – exercises for the lower body, including ankles and toes
Lesson 5-9 – exercises for the upper body, including spinal and wrists and fingers
Lesson 10-12 Q&A, revision and join regular on-line group classes

Essential equipment

  1. Yoga mat
  2. Steady chair (e.g. dinner chair) 
  3. Stick (±4 ft broomstick will do)
  4. Thick towel
  5. Yoga bolster or very firm cushion
  6. An open mind 🙂

Non-essentials but good to have 

  1. Yoga block
  2. Yoga strap or any strap about 5 ft long
