Private Assessment
Your first step in Stretch Therapy is a Private Assessment.
If you are dealing with chronic or nagging pain, have a medical condition, or regularly consult with a physiotherapist, chiropractor or other healthcare professional, we seek to find the root cause of your pain so that we can tailor our approach to your specific needs and recommend the most suitable next steps.
The session works both ways - you can decide if Stretch Therapy is suitable for you.
If your problem has been long standing, you will likely need to follow-up with Private Classes to fully grasp the exercises to effectively resolve your issues. Private Classes are also suitable if you prefer to work at your own pace in privacy.
For optimal results and lasting benefits from Stretch Therapy, work toward joining our Intermediate Group Classes. This journey may take anywhere from 2 months to 1 year depending on your current fitness level and flexibility.
If you are already active in sport, you will be able to practice the exercises on your own after some classes.
