This programme provides Stretch Therapy’s comprehensive four-pronged approach with a combination of Stretching & Mobility, Core and Back Strengthening, Postural Re-Patterning, and Relaxation.

  1. Stretching and Mobility - Learn effective stretches to release tensions in muscles, fascia, ligaments and tendons. 
  2. Core and Back Strengthening - Learn exercises to activate inactive muscles and making your posture more efficient. All the exercises will only involve body weight only and engaging the core muscles. 
  3. Postural Re-patterning - Learn exercises to re-pattern long-held postural and movement habits, reducing recurring pain.
  4. Relaxation - The final and often forgotten, is learning to relax. 

The course is grounded in sound anatomy and evidence-based practices and led by an experienced trainer. By using natural body movements to engage the nervous system, participants can achieve deeper stretches in a relaxed state, reaping sustained benefits and effectively relieves stress, tension, and aches. The exercises are practical and accessible for participants of all fitness levels.

Available for half day (4 hours) and full day (7 hours).

This programme empowers participants to enhance both their sleep quality and daily performance through a blend of science-based sleep education, guided relaxation, and practical Stretch Therapy Exercises

Attendees will learn the sleep science effective strategies for improving sleep, develop greater awareness of physical tension, and experience targeted Stretch Therapy exercises designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and overall comfort. 

A sleep routine with 8 exercises will be taught in detail for participants to practice at home.  With continued practice, these techniques help sharpen focus, improve decision-making, and support a calmer, clearer, and more productive mind.

This course is suitable for employees at all levels and is designed to support workplace wellbeing, energy management, and sustainable performance.
